Our goal is to make your event memorable and spectacular, to have your guests ooh and aah. Located in the elegant, turn of the century building now called the Rose Street Market our first floor dining room, the Arcadia Room, is open in the center to the second floor with a balcony surrounding the upper floor. The Arcadia Room seats up to 200 people. Balcony seating for approximately 60 people is also available. There is additional seating in the Mason Room for 40 guests. This allows for total seating up to 300 guests and cocktail parties of 400 or more. We use round tables seating eight or ten for dinner banquets; we also have tables for four and tables for two if desired. We are full-service, fine dining caterers. We can take care of as many details as you desire- including decorating, flowers, arranging for cakes, and arranging for live or recorded music. We use china and glassware for all table settings as well as linen table covers and napkins. We have a professional wait staff that will take care of you and your guests' every need, including cake cutting and serving, greeting guests, checking coats, passing hors d'oeuvre and more. We have a full bar set up available including all glassware and accessories. Our bartenders are all friendly, courteous and professionally trained. We have a wide repertoire or menus from which to choose. You can select one of our standard menus or we would be happy to prepare a custom menu to accommodate special needs or desires. We are conveniently situated in downtown Kalamazoo- easy to reach from I-131 and I-94. We are two blocks from the Radisson Plaza Hotel and within minutes of several fine bed & breakfasts- a nice convenience for your out-of-town guests. There is ample on-street parking and attended ramp parking immediately across Rose Street from our building. We also provide full service off-premises catering, event planning and management for weddings, corporate gatherings, luncheons, business meetings, dinner parties or any occasion that would be enhanced by very good food and and great service.
